We love Chicken Fajitas at MOF, Bradford! It’s one of the staple dishes that we teach on our eight week cooking course, but we’ve just discovered this new twist from Jamie’s most recent book Family Super Food Classics.
Jamie’s sticks to using healthy, low fat, high in protein chicken breasts and adds aubergine, mixed peppers and smoky sweet paprika to make sure that this doesn’t only taste amazing but its healthy and nutritious too. This dish is great for a family meal, there’s no need to sweat plating it all up, just serve it in big bowls and let your family and friends have fun while they try to fold the tortilla and make a mess while they eat it.
