Bingley fine food was a huge success again this year. With more stalls and a larger marquee on the Bingley Town Square huge crowds visited the event and flocked to see James Martin on the Easter Friday despite the miserable weather. James wowed the crowds with his new recipes (attached) and signed books for avid fans after each performance.
 
Saturday saw a better day in terms of weather and more crowds came to purchase the quality local produce and see the demos form Jun Tanaka, Head Chef at the Pearl, London, Gita Misty winner of 'eating with the enemy' and award winning chef Robert Ramsden! (Recipes for Jun attached)...
 
Overall the two day event proved a great success and left customers and traders happy with the outcome!
