This year's Bingley will host it’s third Fine Food Festival, which will bring flavours from all around world  to Bingley Market Square on the good Friday the 2nd and Saturday 3rd April.

Over forty stalls will bring a whole array of speciality and Locally produced food -

Mediterannean medleys such as olives and feta cheese will mix with the aromas of Asian favourites such as curries and chutneys. But there will also be more traditional dishes for sale such as hog roast, pies, pickles, fish, venison and game. The sweet-toothed will be delighted to browse around the patisserie and the sweet, toffee and chocolate stalls.

All kinds of refreshments will be on offer including a Polish beer bar with rhubarb lassi for the adventurous and tea and coffee for the more traditional. Delicious smoothies should also prove to be a popular addition.

Chino Thai, a restaurant based in Bradford's Centenary Square, will be carving fruit sculptures throughout the day.

On the Friday, April 2, Soraya Overend, Project Manager for the Jamie Oliver-inspired Ministry of Food Centre, will be demonstrating to passing customers, out side of the marquee, how to make simple, tasty meals from fresh products that can be obtained from local markets.

The food festival will also be complimented by the traditional open market that will be trading over both days.
